Indoor Cycling and Late Night Yoga

January 12th, 2012

Hello world of No Limits!!! Indoor cycling on Wednesday afternoons at 4:30 classes lead by Elite Triathlete and Trainer ADAM COFFMAN!! WOW, what a way to spend an hour!! Lots of fun, but really hard, He always keeps it interesting and upbeat, just like his Saturday morning “ADAM BOMB” classes!!

Also a few weeks back we started doing a group Yoga class on Wednesday nights from 7:30 to 8:30. The instructor is great, the guided meditation is incredibly relaxing. A great way to end the day. Not to mention she is the most beautiful woman in the world… (she just happens to be my wife) and a great yoga instructor!!

October 24th, 2011

Always a pleasure to go into NY city, especially to hang out and talk to great people like Dr. Jack. Here is a clip from Saturday Morning before we started with our good friend John Messina. Wishing him great luck next week in his competition. After hanging out with some of the best fitness professionals in the industry, we drove down to Philadelphia to be with Richie Patishnock for his 4th Professional MMA fight. Richie of course dominated his opponent and is now 4 and 0 as a pro. Congrats Richie.

70.3 Ironman, Pro MMA Fight, Ametuer MMA fights, 5k and UFC on Versus

October 3rd, 2011

Busy weekend to say the least, first I want to say thank you to my beautiful wife for traveling with me all over the place!! You are the best baby.

Let’s start in order of completion. Friday night Professional MMA Fighter Richie Patishnock was ready for battle, warmed up and ready to go…the lights go out… really the lights went out all over town, 2 fights before Richie was to go on. 40 minutes later they postponed the fights until Saturday at 1:00pm. Richie Dominated his opponent winning a unanimous decision. Still undefeated as a Pro, he is a rising star!!!
Next, Team No Limits was represented at the Family first 5k, Jeff Silvernale and Jocelyn Shilling took first male and first place female!!!! This is the second year in a row they did that. Way to go Jeff and Jrok!!!!
Later that night in York PA, Fight for your life MMA battle with Team Chamber’s Joel Raffaeli won fight of the night honors!!! Way to go Joel!!
Still on Saturday, now in Washington DC with UFC on Versus Live Charlie “the Spaniard” Brenneman always tough and ready to brawl got caught in the first round and the ref stopped the fight. Charlie, being the man that he is will come back a better fighter and man for it.

Now we go to Sunday and the inaugural Pocono Ironman 70.3 where Team No Limits was represented by Shane Repsher, this was Shane’s first Ironman and he did a great job with a 2:59 Bike and a 2:30 Run. Just a terrific job Shane we are very proud and excited for you, great job!

#4 IN THE WORLD!!!!!!! Congrats JROK

September 29th, 2011

Jocelyn Shilling just returned from Gijon Spain competing in the USAT World Championships in Duathlon, the Distance was a 10k run, 40k bike and a 5k run.
Here is a Video Clip to talk about her time out there.

300 lb Bench Press

September 21st, 2011

Hi Everyone,
Wanted to congratulate JOHN LITTS on reaching his goal of Benching 300LBS. When John started he could barely bench 135lbs. His goal was to bench 300 by January 1st. As you can see he did quick work of that goal. He is already looking for more. If you know John, that is not surprising at all. He is always looking to do better. So, because of that, he will!!!!

Way to go John!!!!! Keep it up!!

Fighter Update! With a video clip!!

September 16th, 2011

Helloooo everyone,
Wanted to give you an update on the fighters and what is going on over the next couple of weeks…
First we would like to welcome Craig O’Deair to the Professional MMA fighting community as his Pro Debut is Saturday September 17th in York PA, NLPT is very excited and proud to work with Craig.
Next fighter who is working extremely hard and continues to get better and better is Richie Patishnock, Richie fights on September 30th in New Town PA. He is a beast.
Then the following day, which can be seen on National TV Live on Versus is none other then Charlie “The Spaniard” Brenneman. Charlie is one of the hardest working people I know!! He has had a terrific training camp and we are all excited for him.
On that same night October 1st, Joel Raffaeli will be fighting in Central PA, even though I will be in Washington DC with the Spaniard Nation, I will be anxiously awaiting the news of Joel’s Victory!!
Then the following week the extremely talented Donnie “True Force” Cioffi will be fighting, that is October 8th in Matamoras PA.

Next I want to give you all an update on Jeremy Hubbard, as most of you know he suffered an elbow dislocation about 6 months ago while training to fight in April, had to get it operated on. Rehab has been slow and steady, but man what a tough competitor Jeremy is. Talk about strength and mental toughness, he has been in the gym every morning at 4:30am training hard and getting better and better. The elbow is almost completely healed, and I have to say, I have a hard time keeping up with his energy, both training and working with him. As an employee most of you know he has been such a huge asset to No Limits. A true positive example of what a professional personal trainer should be. Here is a clip of the beginning of our ab workout, notice he does about 3x as many as I do:)))

JROK Once again ROCKS the Race

September 13th, 2011

Sunday Sept 11th 2011, as history has shown us, we will overcome!!!

Jocelyn decided to run a duathlon today, she finished 2nd OVERALL!!! Way to go Jocelyn!!! She leaves for Worlds in Gijon, Spain on Sunday the 18th. We are all pulling for you JROK!!!

On the other multisport end we just received our Tri-Suits for team NO Limits. I will try and post a pic of the front and the back, but always seem to have trouble posting just pics. Pictures did not work again, but I do have this Video of Jocelyn’s race wrap up, you will notice one of the reasons why everyone loves JROK so much is her personality and it shows in the bloopers:)
